Every day in Milan, where the Panettone was born, Evvivo bakes his artisan organic Panettone with an unmistakable fragrance, prepared with a few simple ingredients, without preservatives and flavouring, with a genuine taste and a moderate sweetness. The heart of process, which still lasts three days, is in the long natural leavening, over 32 hours, with only sourdough, cared for and refreshed several times a day in respect of tradition. In the pure mood of Slow Food Evvivo choose to use raw materials mostly of which come from small local agricultural procedures.
